Guarantees and Returns:
Your satisfaction is our goal. All merchandise in resellable condition may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (S/H is not refundable, and buyer is responsible for the return shipping expenses, unless we made the mistake of shipping out the wrong item.) If the returned merchandise is obviously being used and we can no longer sell it as new, 15% re-stocking fee will be taken off from the refund. Please save your manufacturer’s warranty together with your invoice and if you believe there to be a problem not caused by normal wear and tear, you should contact the manufacturer directly.
Merchandise to be returned needs to be confirmed by us, please e-mail us at help@MtGears.com. We will issue you a return autherization number(RA), we will not accept any returns without the return authorization number(RA).
If your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund after we receive the merchandise. Exchanges of purchases made by credit card will be billed to your credit card and the returned item will be credited back to your card after we receive the merchandise.
Merchandise specifications and pricing are subject to change without notice. Typographical, photographic,and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction.
Shipping and Handling:
We ship Via Fedex Ground or USPS for standard shipping, it is up to us to decide the most efficient way to ship the product safely and quickly to you. (if you prefer one way or another, please e-mail us at Help@mtgears.com), 3-days select, 2-days air and next day services are available. For standard shipping, at order page you will be given first two shipping choices: "Standard" and "Standard with insurance"-- We highly recommand the "Standard with insurance" shipping choice. We usually ship the item the next business day after the order is received.
Shipping charges will be calculated automatically and displayed at Check-out page after address being entered.
Combined shipping rates available, if you order two or more items at same time, system will calculate automatically.
For all the shipping methods, you will be e-mailed a tracking number, if we have your e-mail address on file.
If any insurance coverages are
desired, please choose shipping method "standard with insurance" when you
order. Please e-mail help@MtGears.com for details. (MtGears will not be responsible
for any damages or loss occur during shipping, it is purchaser's responsibility
to choose "insured shipping method", and solve any shipping related damages
with carriers directly.)
For Canada shippment, it is normally
a few dollars extra, you are welcome to e-mail help@MtGears.com for exact
shipping rate for each item.
International Orders:
We are glad to accept international orders. However we do require
additional information to protect the credit card holder. If paying by credit
card we require the following additional information:
- A legible scan or photo copy of government issued identification, such as a passport or driver's license. (This must match your credit card)
- A legible scan or photo copy of both sides of the credit card being used for purchase. The middle 8 digits may be covered, but the first 4 and last 4 must match "payment info"

Customs:
All international orders are subject to applicable customs duties and associated
assessments and fees. These fees MAY include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes
(VAT) and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are entirely the responsibility
of the purchaser. The shipping charge by MtGears.com does NOT include any
of these fees. You will normally be charged the Customs fees by the company
that delivers the package at the time of delivery.
